COMMERCIALEXPERTS COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility:
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees of TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Agreement to Rules:
By entering this competition, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Competition Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting from 20th June 2024 and ending 31st July 2024. All online entries must be received by 11:59pm on 31st July 2024.
How to Enter:
The competition must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided within the email content or social media content. The entry must fulfil all competition requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts.
There is no fee or purchase necessary to enter the competition.
Prize:
The Winner(s) of the competition (the "Winner") will receive a £250.00 Amazon voucher. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all national and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) working days following selection of Winner. TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release should it be required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Rights Granted by You:
By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), you understand and agree that TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts, anyone acting on behalf of TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts, and TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the competition, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Terms & Conditions:
TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition. In such case, TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Commercial Expert website.
