Eligibility:

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, excluding employees of partner companies, and employees of TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts and their close relatives, including but not limited to spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

Only one entry per person is allowed. 

Agreement to Rules:

By entering this competition, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Competition period:

Entries will be accepted online starting from 23rd January 2026 and ending 22nd January 2027. All online entries must be received by [time and date].

How to Enter: 

The competition must be entered by following the link sent to you by TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts and submitting a review via the Commercial Experts Google review platform. The entry must fulfil all competition requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts. Only one entry is allowed per customer. Entries must be verified as legitimate based on email address, name, and any other distinguishing factors. 

There is no fee or purchase necessary to enter the competition. 

Prize:

The Winner(s) of the competition (the "Winner") will receive a £250.00 voucher. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all national and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Winner Selection and Notification:

One winner will be selected every month by a random drawing under the supervision of TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) working days following selection of Winner. TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release should it be required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Right Granted by You:

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), you understand and agree that TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts, anyone acting on behalf of TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts, and TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the competition, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Terms & Conditions:

TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition. In such case, TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts. TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures or errors.

The agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

The data controller responsible for your personal data in relation to this competition is TFLI Limited trading as Commercial Experts. By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that the personal data they provide (such as name, email address, contact number, etc.) will be collected and processed for the purposes of administering the competition, selecting winners, and delivering prizes. All personal data collected will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes and to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements. In general, personal data will be stored for a period of up to 12 months after the competition ends. Participants have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about them;
• Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request deletion of their data, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant from the competition if, in our reasonable opinion, they have attempted to manipulate entries, submit false information, or circumvent the rules. Our decisions regarding misconduct and disqualification are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
